Downtown Large Apt w/parking Convention Center

Perfect alternative to a hotel stay for conference attendees Positive: Quick walk to the DC Conference Center in a quiet area. The apartment was perfect for my family with a comfy bed and couch. Well stocked kitchen with all the essentials. Negative: Problems with the keypad access during our stay made it tricky with a single set of keys, but the host did make an effort to remedy the issue

Perfect location Positive: Amazing location esp if attending a conference at the convention centre. Lovely apartment. Would stay there again. Negative: Getting in was problematic as the keypad did not work. I arrived very late but luckily there was a lovely woman I was able to call who helped me get in and find a key.

位置很好 Positive: 所处位置很好，离唐人街仅2个街口，100米处就有大型超市，走路10分钟就到地铁站，可直达里根机场。公寓距离市区景点也不远。管家允许我们退房后存放行李至下午1点半。 Negative: 没有提供厨房纸，也找不到切菜板。管家答应提供，但一直没有提供。暖气片一直没有暖气，晚上0度的气温，只有一张薄被。问了管家，早上回复会跟进，但一直等到晚上都没有消息。最后我们不得不联系房东，才找到衣橱里的电暖机和遥控，仅够卧室用，客厅和厨房就没有暖气了。

Positive: This was a great apartment to stay in. We loved the location and having access to parking. I definitely recommend this rental.
